Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous and professional Male Receptionist/Advisor (Arab National) to join our spa team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests as they arrive at the spa and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
2. Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions to guests in Arabic and English.
3. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area and spa facilities.
5. Assist guests with any special requests or concerns they may have during their visit.
6. Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
8. Uphold spa policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests and staff.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in Arabic.
2. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa industry will be an advantage.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent Customer Service skills.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Professional appearance and demeanor.
6. Flexibility to work Night Shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
